Daniel Szopa – a doctoral student in the discipline of chemical engineering – will deliver a seminar "Ultrasonic hydrolysis is a cost-effective method of producing biostimulants from high-protein materials" presenting the results of the InterDocSchool 1-month research stay at Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain), under supervision of Prof. Dr. Jose V Garcia-Perez. The seminar will be held at 12.30 – 13.00 on December 18th, 2023 on the Zoom platform (link available for all interested upon request). The research aimed to evaluate the possibility of using ultrasound to increase the recovery rate of amino acids and reduce the costs of chemical hydrolysis compared to the conventional method.
