Daniel Wiczew – a doctoral student in biomedical engineering – will deliver a seminar „Dimensionality reduction for molecular trajectories of proteins” presenting the results of the InterDocSchool 1-month research stay at Laboratoire de Physique et Chimie Théoriques, Université de Lorraine, France under supervision of Prof. Mounir Tarek. The seminar will be held at 10:00-10:45 on 07.07.2022 in room 118a (II floor) D1. The main research objective of the research visit was to understand dimensionality reduction of molecular dynamics trajectories of proteins onto low dimensional space of slow processes.
