Maciej Lipok – a doctoral student in chemical sciences – will deliver a seminar „Investigation of chiral plasmonic response of gold nanoparticles bound to amyloid fibrils using single-molecule localization microscopy” presenting the results of the InterDocSchool 1-month research stay at Biteen Lab, Departments of Chemistry and of Biophysics, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor (MI), USA under supervision of Prof. Julie Biteen. The seminar will be held at 9:15-10:00 on 20.04.2022 in room 11 F-6. The main research objective of the research visit was to understand the origin of chirality transfer between chiral amyloid matrix and gold nanoparticles using super‐resolution microscopy.
