Mateusz Dymek – a doctoral student in mechanical engineering – will deliver a seminar „How to increase the American Football players safety with numerical simulations?” presenting the results of the InterDocSchool 1-month research stay at University of Aveiro under supervision of Prof. Fábio A.O. Fernandes. The seminar will be held at 11:00-12:00 on 29.11.2021 in room 300, B5. The main research objective of the research visit was exploring energy-absorbing technologies, mainly cork structure composed of bio-oil foam, agglomerated cork, and expanded cork.
