Monika Mikulicz – a doctoral student in physical sciences – will deliver a seminar „Tunable high contrast grating vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers” presenting the results of the InterDocSchool 1-month research stay at Technical University of Denmark (DTU), under supervision of Prof. Kresten Yvind. The seminar will be held at 13:15-14:00 on 28.11.2023 in room 321, A1. The main research objective of the stay was characterization of new generation microelectromechanical system high contrast grating vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers fabricated in the DTU cleanroom.
